This Legal Notice governs access to, navigation of and use of the website xenix.es and its associated SaaS products (hereinafter, jointly, the "Site"). Access to the Site grants the status of User and implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms, as well as our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy.

- Introducing computer viruses, malicious code or any other system that may cause damage.
- Attempting to access, use or manipulate data belonging to XENIX SOLUTIONS, third-party providers or other users.
5. Limitation of liability
XENIX SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for damages arising from interferences, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses, telephone breakdowns or disconnections in the operation of the electronic system caused by reasons beyond its control.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. XENIX SOLUTIONS is not responsible for the content or availability of such external sites.
XENIX SOLUTIONS reserves the right to modify, suspend or interrupt access to the Site at any time and without prior notice for technical, operational or legal reasons.
